Ladywood Leisure Centre is a community run sport and leisure facility based in Penicuik, Midlothian. The local group took it over from Midlothian Council in 2007 and now run the facility at a small profit with usage up from 22% to 60% and rising.  The centre is supported by a highly dedicated team of volunteers who along with the centre manager have created an open and welcoming atmosphere for the local community and users from further afield.
