This bright, welcoming and accessible venue opened in April 2008 following a £4.5 million development to transform a derelict warehouse into a vibrant multi purpose venue. With its own café and catering service, TouchBase is ideal for breakfast or lunch, through to corporate entertainment and events.

TouchBase Business Centre
TouchBase Business Centre is a great venue with 7 flexible meeting rooms located over 2 floors, an indoor courtyard and art suites for hire, which can be hired out individually or as break out rooms. A welcoming and efficient reception service is included in the room hire costs that start from as little as £25. Are you looking for a larger venue to host a product launch, award ceremony or exhibition? The bright and airy courtyard venue can cater for up to 250 people. Flooded with natural light during the day, the courtyard looks quite different at night with uplighters and spotlights creating a cosy ambience.
TouchBase Serviced accommodation
TouchBase is a hotbed for non-profit organisations and startup companies alike which gives the building a unique atmosphere and unparalleled opportunities for networking in a space designed around the specific needs of charities and community groups.
Ideal for small and start-up businesses, desks can be rented in TouchBase for a minimum of 1 day per week with pricing starting from as little as £45 a week. The open plan, modern shared office has four desks and its own kitchen area. Situated within a fully accessible centre, you will also have access to the Courtyard Cafe and discounted meeting room hire in the business centre.

With over 15 years' experience in using the arts as a tool for communication and creative expression, Sense Scotland is considered to be a leading provider of accessible arts for disabled people. The practitioners are fully qualified and trained to facilitate activities and projects and can tailor sessions to your needs. You can also deliver your own arts session on a regular or occasional basis weekdays, evenings or weekends.
